Once they arrived at Synnex we continued thought the RMA process requesting our refund after multiple conversations we have been denied a refund as Synnex has lost the package that we shipped back. We have even provided Synnex with proof via the tracking number on the package that it was shipped and arrived at their facility. We have been working very cordially with Synnex for over 90+ days on this issue but this is the last straw for us. The customer service we have received has dropped substantially over the years; we are moving all our business to Ingram Ingram Micro.
